Open Positions:

The Learning Achievement Center is currently seeking qualified tutors for elementary and middle school levels.

  • Tutors must hold a degree with a major or minor in the subject they will be tutoring. 

  • We will also hire current students provided you meet the following requirements:

  • Tutor must be pursuing a major or minor in the subject they will be tutoring. 

  • Tutors must be in good academic standing.  An overall 3.0 GPA is preferred – an overall 3.0 in courses to be tutored is required.

  • Tutors must list at least one college science professor as a reference.
If your subject area was not listed under our current openings, I still encourage you to print off an application and send it in.  I will keep them on file.  When we do have need for a new tutor, I will look through the applications on file.
